Self Inflicted Mind Control

Mind Control is Good

by: Richard Blackstone

Consider this thought which seems to be a constant thought in the world of the separation paradigm of the universe: “I want more money.” Many of us have thought and verbalized that mantra all of our lives. If what we repeat thousands of times is supposed to manifest into our physical reality, why don’t we have more money? The answer is that you have been given exactly what you created.

Here’s how powerful you are and why you need to be conscious. You have thought, told and beseeched the universe “I want more money.” The universe has heard your request and has granted you just that.

The key to the creative process is the word “I,” which the universe recognizes as its wake-up call in creating. “I am” is the most powerful statement you can make concerning creation. God has declared that “I am that I am” as the creator of the all. You, being one with God, use the great “I am” in the same creative manner.

After you have the universe’s attention by saying the word “I,” and invoking the power of “I am,” you are ready to send the universe your powerful creation. You said the words “I want more money.” The universe understands and sends your creation back to you in physical form. You now have in your physical reality the “wanting of more money.”

And you will continue to have this “wanting of more money” until you create something else about money. You could create from a thought that says, “I have money.” But if you know this is not true, then a better thought might be “I have money coming to me now.” Then hold that thought, speak those words, and do action steps in alignment with that. The universe has no recourse but to manifest that into your reality.

I repeat again, it is a matter of choice and being conscious enough to monitor your thoughts in order to serve you best. If you don’t monitor your thoughts, then the thought you select may not be the highest thought, which is joy. If you don’t monitor your words, then you may not speak the clearest words, which are truth. If you don’t monitor your thoughts and words you may not select the proper actions that allow you to experience the highest feeling, which is love.

All of this happens when you are not conscious of the creative process. The key is to be conscious and one of your best tools is to monitor your thoughts and words to align you with the highest vision of who you are.

You may think that this constant monitoring of your thoughts and words is a form of mind control. And you would be right. The difference here is that you are the one who does the mind control instead of being the subject of constant mental manipulation by the world that we live in. You are being told how to act, what to wear, what to say, who to know, what to believe, and other information designed to make you conform to somebody else’s standards. Isn’t it better to set your own standards and control your own thoughts?

That’s the nature of the world when we think of ourselves as separate from each other and the world seems divided into the ‘haves’ and the ‘have-nots.’ In this world we are not told and manipulated into believing that peace and love are our nature.

In fact it is quite the opposite. We are told and manipulated into the belief that accumulation and being the winner in the game of life is what we must strive for. At all costs you must avoid being a ‘loser.’ Talk about mind manipulation.

Would you not serve yourself better by manipulating your own mind to conform to your standards, which are in alignment with your vision of who you are? Would you not serve yourself better if the thoughts that you choose to think about are your own joyful thoughts and not those of others? Would you not serve yourself better if the words you spoke were the words of truth, as you have defined your own truth, rather than words of another? Would you not serve yourself better if you chose actions that are based in love rather than in reactions that are based in fear? Would you not serve yourself better to consciously create your life as you intend it to be in order to fully realize who you are and who you choose to be, rather than to sleepwalk through your life and constantly react to your unconscious creations?

It is entirely up to you to decide. All life is a choice. You choose the thoughts you wish to pursue. You choose the words to interpret those thoughts and you choose the action necessary to bring those thoughts and words to fruition in the creation of your life.
