Charge At Your Goals

Charging at Your Goals

By

“Success is goals, and all else is commentary.”

Blog-27 This week take time to write down your most important goals. Professional, school, family, money, and health goals should all be clearly written out so you can end your year strong. Today is the perfect day to write down your goals for the rest of the year and review and improve your 5 year goals.

“People with clear, written goals, accomplish far more in a shorter period of time than people without them could ever imagine”. – Brian Tracy

Empower your children! If you have kids in elementary school, high school or college take some time with them this week and help them write out their goals. Remember people that write down their goals are 90 percent more likely to achieve them!

The time is now to take action, Rhinos!

Write down your professional, family, health and money goals on two 3 x 5 cards. Post one card on your mirror and keep one in your pocket, wallet or purse. Keep it on you at all times. Review the one on the mirror in the morning as soon as you wake up and before you go to bed. Review the one on you anytime you need to refocus.

Next, determine the prize! Determine what great things you can reward yourself with when you achieve your goals. If it’s a promotion you seek, plan a weekend trip for when you achieve it. Make it special and important to you!

Fall is the perfect time to analyze, clarify and solidify your most important goals for the rest of the year. The summer vacation is over and its back to the real world. This shift in the seasons will allow you to focus on important projects, goals and issues that you can resolve by the end of the year. This is your opportunity to make a big impact on your life and the life of others. You can accomplish more in the next 4 months then most people accomplish in a year. How????

First write your goals down. Put your most important thoughts, goals and dreams on paper. You need these goals to be posted on your bathroom mirror at home and keep a copy with you at all times. Say your goals aloud twice daily with enthusiasm. This will help your subconscious brain absorb your goals and make them part of who you are. You will begin to “Act As If” you have already achieved your goals and this will increase your commitment and self-confidence.

accomplishment Second, make sure these goals are emotionally meaningful to you and make sure you believe you can achieve them. A negative self-image and self-doubt will prevent you from staying committed to your goals and it will prevent you from going the extra mile to reach them. You will not persist towards a goal if your self-image and your own “self-talk” sabotage your success. Make sure you convince yourself you can achieve your goals, and remove the bad images and thoughts of your past.

Third, take action. Take aggressive, big action. Get out there and make your success happen. Go the extra mile in everything you do, it increases your success and your returns. It’s one thing to write your goals down, another to believe you can achieve them but its an entirely different process to actually get up early, work late and take action every single day towards your goals. The universe rewards action. Don’t whine, don’t complain, don’t look at the obstacles. Focus on your goals and charge until they are yours.

Fourth: celebrate success! When you achieve your goals celebrate the big and little victories they will help re-energize you and keep you charging! Work hard and play hard!

Now get out there and charge, and remember, “Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve” -Napoleon Hill
