Motivation is a No Brain-er If You Program Yourself Correctly

Motivation is the glue that holds us together, otherwise the desire to to do things can become unstuck. We need to have motivational beliefs to give us reasons for doing tasks, and pursuing goals. If these beliefs are not stored deeply and vividly in our memory, as our unconscious driving force, we are likely to stop believing in ourselves, and then give up. This can then lead to stress, depression, anger, anxiety, frustration, uncertainty, and confusion, or all combined. These type of feelings can cause undesirable outcomes, and may require much more resources and effort to fix, than restoring your motivation.
Everyone needs motivation daily, whether at home, at work, at school, or on a special hobby or career path. You will have your own motivational beliefs for doing things. The principle is the same, regardless of age or situation. This is that you will perform better if your personal motivational beliefs are closely in line with the people you are working with, and also the leaders or employers. You will also perform better in your own pursuits, if your motivational beliefs are strong in your daily thoughts, because you have them in your deep memory.
There are many practical tips that can be useful to keeping you focused on your daily tasks, and on the long term goals. They are very useful up to a point, and that is when you are no longer motivated to follow them. You may start to see these motivational tips as just extra chores. Who cares? Why bother? It is easier to just give up. Why can we not just be born as programmed Androids, and do things without thinking?
Well then we would have no feelings or free will. It does though, have some merit in the programming concept. We all have incredible brains, so why not program them to do simple things? A hypnotherapist can, so why can we not do it ourselves? Well you can. You firstly need to get yourself deeply relaxed, just like the hypnotist does, to a very deep level. Then you imagine vividly what it is you want to do, and include a lot of detail. Visualise all this as if it is happening now. All these thoughts, feelings, and instructions will then get embedded deeply into your unconscious mind, or deep memory.
You have now just programmed your brain to do things automatically, without needing undue stress or motivation to carry them out. The vivid inspiration and instructions you have saved, should be the unconscious driving force. You should not need to write them out again every day. Yes Motivation is a no-brainer, just program your goals correctly once, and give your brain a break from unnecessary stress.
