The 23rd IUFOC brought one of the best turn outs to date and the array of varying topics from credible speakers garnered praises from many attendees. Here is a sampling of the speakers from Day 3 of the event.
John Alexander
UFOs: Science or Science Fiction
9:00-10:15 am
There is no doubt that multiple aerial phenomena exist and deserve serious study. Unfortunately the prospects for such investigation are seriously undermined by several factors including a predominant scientific materialistic view of the universe, irrational skepticism, and most importantly, the many conspiracy theorists who claim to be part of the “UFO community”. Compared with the search for the “God Particle,” funding for UFO research is miniscule. There is an urgent need to allow competent scientists to study UFOs without risking their reputation or livelihood. Wild, unsubstantiated claims that abound in the field may be titillating and entertaining, but are contraindicated and detrimental to furthering high quality research. With endemic ergofusion many high profile “UFO experts” pontificate on demonstrably false premises. This must change if we are ever to get a grip on the extremely complex phenomena that are being observed.
Jaime Maussan
Exploring the Latest UFO Happenings from Around the World
10:30 — 11:45 am
Hear Jaime Maussan present the most recent evidence demonstrating that the UFO phenomenon is closer than ever before. The new technology and new techniques used by skywatchers around the world is allowing us to know how “close” we are to establishing some kind of contact or communication with other beings. While we do not know for sure yet, it is clear that contact will be sooner than expected.
Rob Simone
UFOs in the Headlines: Real Reporting on a Real Phenomenon
1:00 — 2:15pm
Rob Simone will present the history of the E.T. presence from a purely journalistic perspective-lost until now, the hard-hitting headlines and video from the mainstream press from the 1950s onward, of the biggest and most compelling UFO/E.T. news stories ever published. This includes new revelationso f the 1952 Washington D.C. events, a dramatic UFO encounter during NATO’s Operation Mainbrace and public statements about UFOs by Arthur C Clarke, the Duke of Edinburgh, and U.S. Air Force stating: “Some UFOs, not from this Earth.”
Timothy Good
EARTH: An Alien Enterprise
2:30 — 3:45 pm
This presentation will focus on little-known contacts with aliens, the infiltration thereof, and Earth’s top-secret liaison programs which have led to reverse-engineered spacecraft utilizing alien technology. Timothy Good will discuss the findings of his new book, which center on crashed alien craft and bodies stored in the U.S. Capitol in 1939; contacts with military personnel and several presidents; over 100 witnesses encounter two landed flying discs in a London suburb; the conflict between different groups of aliens, including disturbing details of a long-term hybridization program to colonize Earth; and much more.
George Noory
An Evening with George Noory: Special Q & A Session
4:00 — 5:30 pm
George Noory is the host of the nationally syndicated program Coast to Coast AM that airs on over 500 stations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Guam. He became the permanent host of the phenomenally successful over-night program on January 1, 2003, following Art Bell’s retirement. Since then, Noory’s audience has continued to grow. Noory captivates program listeners with his discussions of paranormal phenomena, time travel, alien abductions, conspiracies, and all things curious and unexplained. He is driven, he has said, by the desire to solve the great mysteries of our time. From his first days as a radio broadcaster he says, “I’ve wanted to cover stories that the mainstream media never touch—the unusual, the paranormal and things like that. I learned that broadcast was the best business for exploring these issues, and I’ve been doing it for 33 years.”
